This crate was purchased because our German Shepherd was breaking out of all regular wire crates. This crate looked sturdy and like he wouldn't be able to escape. The lock for the crate is still able to be opened by our dog, so we had to still come up with another way to keep it closed. He is able to undo the latch from the inside and let himself out. Other than that, the crate is sturdy, yet still light weight enough for me to move by myself.
