This was nice for the price but wish it was thicker. My puppy was destructive and it only lasted a few days because he chewed it to shreds…not the manufacturer’s fault. I have a maligatorThis bed is EXACTLY what we needed. We have a dog that recently decided he wants to sleep outdoors. He's wooly and enjoys the cooler temps. He was either laying on the hard deck or laying in a hole he dug in the yard. I wanted him to be comfortable so I needed something not too padded as he dislikes super padded beds, plus needed to be waterproof or water resistant. I read all the reviews and was hoping this would be a good purchase. So glad I went for it. It's just enough padding to take the edge off of the hard ground. It is so soft, and yet at the same time it actually does repel water! It poured like 2 days after it had been outside. I shook it off, put it in the dryer and then back outside that night for our boy and it was like new. If it sprinkles a bit I shake it off and hang it for a bit and put it back out there when it's no longer raining. I've also put it on the Coolaroo dog bed and all the dogs enjoy laying on it that way, which is funny because several of our dogs will not step foot on the Coolaroo without this on there as a topper. I give it a 4/5. The only fault I can find is the price, it seems like it should be closer to 20 bucks not 30. If they lower the price it’s 5 stars,Looked and felt very nice but not as thick as I expected. Probably because I didn’t take the time to look past the length and width.I got this to take out side at night. I like looking at the stars, she likes being close to me. But the grass is wet at night and she is getting old now. Since she would not let me go out with out her, I got a mat to make it easier for her to wait on me.Mat isn’t as thick as I thought it was going to beThe mat is nice but doesn't really machine wash well. The fabric bore up to washing fine but the batting inside clumped up some and doesn't seem willing to unclump even though I put a ball in the dryer. My cat likes it anyway. The mat could be a good choice for someone who plans to just spot wipe the mat, not machine wash it.Liked that it was thin so it fit in the dog kennel and not too bulky. Glad I didn’t spend a lot on it as my destructive dogs ripped it up. If you are looking for a thick bed this is not the one. Would fold up easily for travel though.I bought this to put in the pup’s crate. It is soft and durable, which is good for my little chewer. But, it repels water… So if you spill water on it or if puppy has an accident on it, it won’t absorb into the mat… It will absorb all over the dog or roll off the mat. No no no no you can’t be biting my shorts you’re biting my shorts and I don’t like that it’s not nice it’s just not nice you cannot bite you guys you’re such a meanie pants
